ONG Anti-Roll Bar Pins in Ergal 7075-T6 for Team Associated RC8B3.2

The ONG Anti-Roll Bar Pins are Made in Italy, with latest generation Swiss type lathe center.Our products are made with Ergal 7075-T6 billet and then Hard Coating with a thickness of 50µ.

Diameters have been modified with respect to the Originals to have a better coupling between Pin, Arm and Ball.
The weight of the Kit is 2.25g.

RC8B3.2 ONG Threaded Shock Pins in Ergal 7075-T6

The ONG Threaded Shock Pins are Made in Italy, with latest generation Swiss type lathe center.
Our products are made with Ergal 7075-T6 billet and then Hard Coating with a thickness of 50µ.
The Shock Pins are M3.5 Threaded to ensure better safety than the originals.
Diameters have been modified with respect to the Originals to have a better coupling between Pin, Arm and Ball.

The weight of the Kit is 2.90g.

ONG Offroad Clutch System Ø34

ONG Offroad Clutch System has been developed to make the engine power output more linear and smoother to provide the best traction, vehicle driveability and low fuel consumption.
The Flywheel in Steel Ø34 features a dust-proof to protect the engine front bearing from dirt even on high-dust conditions.
Clutch System comes with 3 alu shoes and 1.0 mm springs but you can also get optional part such 0.9 mm springs. The Nut, the Cone and the 3 Shims are included in the Kit.

Clutch Retainer Allen Screw in Titanium Grade 5 6Al4V “ONG”

The new “ONG” Allen Screw is made of Titanium Grade 5 6Al4V certified U.S. derivation, the choice to use Titanium is due to the different thermal expansion compared to Steel; this will make it possible to unscrew/screw without problems the Allen Screw even with the hot engine.
It has a total length of 9mm of which 6mm are of thread and a protrusion from the crankshaft of only 3mm so as to avoid collisions with the tank in case of excessive flexion of the chassis.
The new geometry eliminates any rubbing between bearing/bell, in order to decrease the operating temperatures of the whole, in addition external diameter protects the bearing from dust and foreign bodies.

We recommend that you do not use any type of Threadlock and leave a game of 0.15/0.2mm in the coupling between Bell and Allen Screw.

The weight is of 0.45g

AE RC8B3.1/3.2 Rear Chassis Weight 30g

The Weight made in Brass is perfectly integrated into the overall dimensions without touching any component and leaving the necessary space for any bending of the chassis. Thanks to the M3 threaded hole it can be fixed to the chassis using the existing hole without any modification.

On the Weight, 2 millings were made for the Allen Screws which allow the weight to adhere to the Plate C. Indispensable for a correct balance of the model.

RC8B3.1/3.2 Front/Rear Chassis Weight 15g

The Weight made in Brass is perfectly integrated into the overall dimensions without touching any component and leaving the necessary space for any bending of the chassis. Thanks to the 2 M3 threaded holes it can be fixed to the frame using the existing holes without any modification.

Indispensable for a correct balance of the model.
